It has been WAY TOO LONG!

30 WEEKS
We reached 30 weeks this last Monday and so our final countdown begins. Just 10 weeks to go until this little guy joins our family and we are so excited!
Oh and it made it even more real this week. My older sister Tera that lives around the corner finally had her little boy this last week. I need to post pictures. Cody James Palmer 6 lbs. 7 oz. 18" long - lots of dark hair and such a cutie. And Forest was so dang cute with him and it made us both excited for the arrival of our own little boy.

MY FOREST LEE TURNS 36
Forest turned 36 this year so for his birthday I got him one of the Willow Tree Carvings
"NEW DAD" and since we were in Mesa I wasn't able to make him a cake so we got mini eclairs so he could at least blow out candles. (In case you guys didn't notice, he gets cuter and cuter with age)

29 WEEKS
Here we are at 29 weeks! I can't wait!

Our 1 Year Anniversary
This day was exactly one year from our first official date! Crazy how fast one year can dramatically change your entire life. It has been an amazing year.

Totally Random
So this is just kind of funny. This is the bathtub in one of the bathrooms & every now and then Forest gets a migraine and wants to take a bath. Well in this bathtub only the hot water works and it is scorching, so we turn it on and I usually get a bowl of cold water from the sink and pour it into the bathtub to balance out the temp. So this takes FOREVER! so Forest got the idea to hook up an extra faucet he had to the water supply line that hooks up to the toilet to speed up the process. It was really hilarious so we decided we needed to document it.

Wicked
Forest's Brother Gary was awesome enough to get us Wicked Tickets, not just Wicked tickets but 2nd row in the middle Wicked tickets. It was a blast!

CYCLONE LAKE

Every year since like 1947 or close to it my mom's family has an annual family reunion in the White Mountains that I look forward to every year and was especially excited this year because I was able to include Forest and let him in on this family tradition that we plan on passing on to our own kids for years to come.
