Christmas Shopping

So the other night we went Christmas shopping in the valley & saw that KMART was open until midnight so we were just killing some time and saw this great bicycle that I really wanted but we just settled for some test riding around the store and pictures.

2 Months Today!

Well it has been a while since I have updated so here you are going to see Thanksgiving, Christmas pictures, Branson's 1st time to church, 2 month shots & just recent happenings. Oh and also, Branson is growing like a weed. He is still a little guy but had his 2 month check up and now weighs 8.0 lbs and and is 22 inches long so 3 lbs up and has grown 4 inches! Time is flying by and he has definately found his smile. Everyone asks who he looks like and I think he looks like a Busby baby (my moms fathers side) kind of like my Uncle Mal.

SCHNITZEL ANYONE?

Well, one of mine and Forests favorite thing to do is go out to eat so we saw this German restaurant featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives down in Phoenix and we decided to try it out and dragged my mom along. She isn't one to really try new things so it was kind of funny but we all got some Schnitzel and a Sausage Platter. It was a little weird but fun experience anyway.

Our Sausage Platter (it was WEIRD in a not so good way)

Me and my mom with our BEER MUGS - one of the fun features of the meal

GRANDPARENTS
Here is Branson with my dad's mom, so Bransons great grandma Nancy

Branson with Grandma Judy at Super Daves on Thanksgiving- I love this picture

Me & Branson at my moms on Thanksgiving

Our family picture we used for our Christmas Cards this year along with the ones of Branson in the stocking

He was really unhappy with us hanging him up in this stocking but it was too cute to resist

Me & my nephew Rhett (Tera's 3rd) on Thanksgiving at my moms

Branson's 2 month shots

Aunt Linds

This was Branson's 1st day to church, I love this outfit but it swallowed him up so he kind of looks like a Sumo Wrestler

These ones are my favorite, my mom bought him this cow costume and it is just so cute with its little ears and bottoms of the feet that say moo, I know it isn't Halloween but we dress him up in this often.

Still a "SPIDER MONKEY" and I love it

New Pictures

When Branson was 1 weeks old we had some pictures taken for his announcements so I wanted to share some of them with everyone because they are just too dang cute not to.

1 MONTH & COUNTING

My Branson boy is already a month old. It is funny how surreal it is to know that this little guy belongs to me and Forest. We were talking about how much both of our lives have changed in just over a year & a half when we started dating. We really feel blessed to have found eachother & to have the blessing of this little guy in our lives.

"Spider Monkey"

Branson & Daddy (I don't think people realize what a good dad Forest is, he is so helpful. He stays up in the night to do feedings and the other day he even showed up at home with a gorgeous bouquet of roses. I don't deserve him.)

"TUMMY TIME"

Branson hates bright lights so this is what he does when he is under one

My mom got this cute halloween outfit for Branson for Halloween and it even glows in the dark. He was basically swallowed up in it but it was still super cute on him.

For those of you who don't know about Forest's love of Teddy Bears and that he still insists on sleeping with one at night, I'm pretty sure he is trying to instill it into Branson. This is what I found on my camera after I left to go to Mutual and left Branson with Forest.

More Branson

Today Branson is 2 weeks old. Crazy how fast they have already gone by. He is just so dang cute and I can't get enough of this little guy. We are finally back in Thatcher and even though I miss my mom it is nice to be settling back here in Thatcher. So sorry for so many pictures but I just thought they were all so dang cute I had to include lots.

Me, Forest & Branson

I kind of forget how tiny he is until I see him in Forest's hand

They seriously melt my heart.
LOVE

This picture cracks me up. The night before we came back to Thatcher, Forest's brother took Branson's cradle back with him and I didn't want him on the floor or in bed with us so we put him on his beanbag inside Forest's suitcase.

This is just kind of a funny picture Forest took. I think Forest just wants him to be a teddy bear lover like him.

These pictures are of me and my little "SPIDER MONKEY"
He just loves to lay on me like this

And this is one of my very favorites. This is Branson and my sister Tera's baby Cody- Cody was born just 8 weeks before Branson and I think they were friends in heaven. I was lucky enough to be there for Cody's birth and right before he came out Branson went crazy inside my tummy. I just think he was going to miss his friend.
Look how huge Cody is compared to Branson.

Branson Payne Wright - 5 lb. 1 oz. 10/16/09

Well for those of you who haven't already heard, we were blessed with our little boy 2 1/2 weeks early. A pleasant surprise to say the least. Really an easy delivery and everyone is well and healthy. He weighed only 5 lb 1 oz and is 18" long at birth and is just the cutest little guy ever. Me and Forest have been truly blessed.

This is me right before having Branson

Forest was such a trooper, him and Lindsay were able to keep me, my mom and the nurses all laughing.

Our first family picture

Me and Aunt Lindsay with Branson
We had to go out and buy him preemie clothes-this outfit reminds me of Where's Waldo

This is my favorite picture. He definately knows his mama, he latches to me like a spider monkey. I love it

Here you can see just how tiny he is. Here he is in Forest's hand on his forearm.

Forest is seriously the best dad ever. It has been so much fun to watch them together.
