Getting Caught Up

It's About Time
So I have missed out on like 2 months worth of blogging so there are TONS of pictures below updating everyone. We are doing excellent here in Thatcher & we have been enjoying all of the excitement with the Gila Valley Temple Open House and anxiously awaiting the dedication this Sunday. Oh and for those of you who don't know, we are going to be sealed there on the 25th, the first day it is open! For those of you who can recall, Forest proposed to me right where the temple now sits and we are actually going to be the very 1st ones sealed in that temple and we can hardly wait. We have truly been blessed and look forward to that day. But hope you guys enjoy the pictures.

BRANSON
Well our Branson boy is 7 months as of yesterday! Time is flying by and he has been the funnest thing in the world. So finally, here are some pictures of March until recently.
Branson in his Hurley suit and beanie that makes him look like a SNOOPY character (he won't be wearing that hat anymore)
Branson LOVES Forest! (and Forest is crazy about Branson as you can see)
He is sooo ready to crawl and he gets so frustrated cause he just lays there on his belly with all 4's in the air like a seal
I don't know what happens when I am away but I always find random pictures on my camera like this (Like Father Like Son)
The other day Forest was working on the computer and I came in and found this (not sure if this is on the boundary line of child abuse or neglect but Branson seemed to be having fun)

Branson hates to be held while he is eating, he is quite independent in that way. Oh and look and his cute new shoes. I love them.
Branson LOVES his toes and I found him sucking on them ALL the time

NIGHT OUT
This last weekend we went out with our good friends Kevin and Tabitha and went to the dinner show at Rockin R' Ranch. It was a good time as always when we go out with them.

I don't mean to be prideful...
but I wanted to try my hand at making bread (for the 1st time ever) and this is how it turned out - A ton of work but I do have to say that I impressed myself with this one and it has given a confidence boost to keep trying more bread recipes

VEGAS
So me and Forest decided to take a quick little trip to Vegas just to get away and we left Branson with my mom and we had a blast

This is the flower observatory thing at the Bellagio and it was so awesome

The Price is Right- We had a blast at the live version of the show and the host happened to be the old host from "Supermarket Sweep" an old favorite of mine and my little sister linzers (it made it double exciting for me)

NEW YORK NEW YORK

This was made out of all Jelly Belly's- mmm delicious

MOTHERS DAY
Mothers Day was a lot of fun. Forest of course went above and beyond and reminded me of how much I don't deserve such a GEM! He got me a new church book to read, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a Willow Tree statue and some favorite munchies of mine. We were at my moms for the day because she spoke in church which was a lot of fun and it was altogether a great day.

The shirt Forest got me and insisted I wear

Me and my sweet Branson boy on Mothers Day before church

COUSINS
Here is Branson and my sister Tera's baby Cody - They are 8 weeks apart, even though Cody is a lot chunkier Branson is longer (Don't know where from but he is extra long) and I can't wait until they are a little older and can play together

SUPERSTITION GHOST MINE TOWN
We try to do something every weekend that is different so we went out to the old Ghost Mining Town out by the Superstition Mountains - Really cool

FIRST FLIGHT
WE finally took Branson on his 1st plane ride from Safford down to Mesa! He did great!

ST. PATRICKS DAY
I always remember my mom doing stuff for like every little holiday and I hope that I can pass on the tradition to my kids so for St. Patricks Day I made Forest a bagel with GREEN cream cheese and GREEN milk with some candy and a card.
